The solution used in this patch is to narrow the number of generated prototypes to the bare minimum. The previous filter is now renamed to filter_var and used only for variables. A new parameter is introduced which is used strictly for filtering types and functions. This results in generating only prototypes with a given prefix (luckily, all knet and nozzle types/functions in the headers are properly prefixed).
